Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service total. Late Reschedule Policy: Rescheduling an appointment within 24 hours of your service time is treated the same as a cancellation. The 50% service fee will apply. No-Call / No-Show Policy: Any no-call, no-show will be charged 50% of the service total and may result in a booking ban, unless there is a documented emergency. Late Arrival / Grace Period Policy: A 10-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their service shortened to fit the remaining time while the full service price will still apply, or may be required to reschedule depending on the time left. If a late arrival results in a reschedule, the 50% late reschedule/cancellation fee will apply. Deposit Policy: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. This deposit goes toward your service total. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment time, the deposit will be forfeited. No-call/no-show appointments automatically forfeit the deposit. Retention & Refill Policy: Clients must arrive with a minimum of 40% of extensions remaining for the service to qualify as a refill. If less than 40% of extensions remain, the appointment will be upgraded to a full set and charged at the full set rate. Important Note: Retention varies based on individual lash cycles, aftercare, and lifestyle. Stef’s Beauty reserves the right to assess retention at the start of the appointment and adjust the service type and pricing accordingly These policies ensure fairness to all clients and protect the time reserved specifically for you.
